Designer's Biography

GreGory's eclectic charm and metropolitan sensibility help make his designs the essence of contemporary style. The product line GCNGi makes us wonder who the man behind the label really is.

GreGory's fashion sense came early in life, beginning with visions of hats in dreams. Finally, at the tender age of 8, GreGory felt compelled to create these visions; he apprehensively chose his mother's dress hat as his first practice material - ultimately destroying it. In order to keep her hats safe from future destruction, young GreGory's mother took him out and bought him practice material. Once GreGory's design ability reached the point where his mother could wear his creations, he gained immediate attention for his work. Word of mouth advertisement led to a vast array of private clientele. This birthed the humble beginnings of GCNGi - a label he derived from the first initial of each of his family members.

One would think GreGory studied style and technique at an esteemed fashion institution; when in fact, he graduated with a Bachelor's degree in global business with a concentration in advertising. Now, designing in London GreGory is garnering international attention and swiftly building a celebrity clientele.

GCNGi, Inc. will launch in America with three collections: GCNGi Prêt-à-Porter, GCNGi Couture, and GCNGi Gentlemen. GCNGi Prêt-à-Porter is best described as "new classics having entered into modern sublime;" while GCNGi Couture will be one-of-a-kind headpieces for the most passionate of hat wearers, and GCNGi Gentlemen will "push the fashion envelope by shattering fashion typecast concerning what men should and should not wear."
